    By utilizing the services provided by Gwin Atelier, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
  • Services Offered
    Gwin Atelier provides digital illustration services, including bespoke fashion sketch designs, custom wedding illustrations, and related services as outlined on our website. The specific details of each service, including pricing, turnaround time, and deliverables, will be discussed and agreed upon with the client on a case-by-case basis.
  • Copyright and Ownership

    All digital illustrations created by Gwin Atelier are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Gwin Atelier. Upon completion of the services and receipt of full payment, the client will receive a non-exclusive license to use the digital illustrations for personal, non-commercial purposes. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or sell the digital illustrations without prior written consent from Gwin Atelier.

  • Content Creation and Portfolio Building

    Gwin Atelier reserves the right to use the completed works, including the digital illustrations, to create content for promotional purposes and to build our agency's portfolio. This may include displaying the works on our website, social media platforms, or other marketing materials. However, Gwin Atelier will ensure that client privacy and confidentiality are respected, and sensitive information will not be disclosed.

  • Share Rights:

    Gwin Atelier may offer the client the option to share rights with the agency for the completed works. This means that the client, after full payment, may grant Gwin Atelier the permission to use the digital illustrations in a broader context, such as showcasing the works to potential clients or including them in our promotional materials. The terms of the share rights will be discussed and agreed upon between the client and Gwin Atelier on a case-by-case basis.

  • Payment Terms
    Payment for services rendered by Gwin Atelier shall be as agreed upon between the client and Gwin Atelier. A non-refundable deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion and delivery of the digital illustrations. Payment methods will be discussed and agreed upon between the parties involved.
  • Delivery and Revisions
    Gwin Atelier will make reasonable efforts to deliver the digital illustrations within the agreed-upon timeframe. Upon completion, the client will have the opportunity to review the work and provide feedback for revisions, if necessary. Reasonable revisions within the scope of the agreed-upon services will be accommodated. Additional revisions or changes requested outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.
  • Review Policy
    Gwin Atelier values client satisfaction and aims to deliver high-quality digital illustrations. In the event that the client is not satisfied with the completed work, the client must notify Gwin Atelier within seven (7) days of delivery. Gwin Atelier will work closely with the client to understand the concerns and make reasonable efforts to address them through revisions or other appropriate means.
  • Cancellation and Refunds
    In the event of cancellation by the client after work has commenced, any non-refundable deposit or payments made will be retained by Gwin Atelier to cover the time and resources already invested. Refunds for completed work will not be provided unless there are extenuating circumstances determined on a case-by-case basis.
  • Limitation of Liability
    Gwin Atelier shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damages to reputation. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific

    Gwin Atelier acknowledges the importance of client confidentiality and will take reasonable measures to ensure the protection of client information. Any information shared by the client during the course of availing our services, including project details, personal data, and intellectual property, will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without the client's explicit consent, unless required by law.
